Webtrix.au builds and hosts the website, so we can investigate both the code and the hosting environment. You do not need to decide whether a problem belongs to the web developer, email provider or hosting company before asking for help.

Renewals, DNS management and connecting the domain to the correct website and email services.
Managed server administration and investigation of hosting issues affecting the website or email.
Included updates
Standard Website Hosting and Maintenance includes up to four minor updates each year. A minor update is generally a small text, image, contact-detail or similar content change that can be completed as one focused request.
Updates can be combined under the arrangements set out in the terms. Larger development, new sections, structural changes and work outside the included service are charged at the current hourly or fixed rate after the scope is clear.
